We're looking for an experienced 2D animator to create two looping cycle animations from layered Photoshop (PSD) artwork. These are simple, side-on cycles with the dinosaurs traveling in a straight line. More jobs could be available on successful completion of this task.

Scope
1) Argentinosaurus (large 4-legged dinosaur) — Walk Cycle
Seamless loop duration: 3 seconds total
Side view, facing right
Clean, readable walk with subtle body/neck/tail overlap encouraged (keep it simple)
2) Velociraptor — Run Cycle
Seamless loop duration: 1 second total
Side view, facing right
Energetic but clean run cycle (grounded contacts, no loop pop)
Output / Deliverables
Final videos delivered in 4K (standard 3840×2160 unless agreed otherwise)
Deliver:
Argentinosaurus walk loop (3s)
Velociraptor run loop (1s)
Format: MP4 preferred (ProRes/MOV also acceptable if you recommend it)
Include editable project file(s) (AE project / Moho / Blender / etc.) so we can revise later if needed
Optional (nice to have): transparent background / alpha version—please confirm if you can provide this
Preferred workflow
You may use any method you feel is most efficient to get the best result. Preferred approaches:
Adobe After Effects + Duik (or similar rigging/IK setup)
Moho (2D bone rig / cutout animation)
Cartoon Animator (Reallusion) / similar 2D rigging tool
Blender (2D rig/cutout, Grease Pencil, or mesh deform approach)
(If you have a different workflow that's better/faster, propose it.)
Quality Bar
Perfectly seamless loops (no visible "pop" at the loop point)
Grounded feet (avoid obvious foot sliding unless stylistically intended)
Clear difference in energy: walk (Argentinosaurus) vs run (Velociraptor)
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
