This is a strategic leadership role, overseeing a team of 15–20 engineers across installation, service, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Installation Management
Oversee daily operations of the engineering team
Schedule and optimise engineer diaries for maximum efficiency
Monitor project delivery against quotes to ensure profitability
Manage equipment sourcing and installation logistics
Liaise with customers to coordinate project scheduling
Technical Support
Provide expert guidance to engineers facing technical issues
Attend key client meetings as the technical lead
Ensure ongoing NSI technical compliance
