The Role Reporting to the Director of Finance and supported by an HR Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Leading recruitment and onboarding processes Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations and promoting a positive workplace culture Overseeing performance management, appraisals, and professional development Managing payroll, compensation, and benefits administration Identifying training needs and developing learning programmes Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure legal compliance Supporting senior management on HR strategy, employee engagement, and retention initiatives Producing HR data and reports to inform decision-making Delivering training on GDPR and Safeguarding, and contributing to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives About You Were looking for someone who is: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) Experienced in a generalist HR role at a similar level Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practice A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills Highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused Professional, proactive, and self-motivated Why Join?
