We are looking for a creative and committed Design and Technology Teacher to inspire students at a forward‑thinking secondary school in Calderdale.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Specialise in areas such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Engineering (depending on experience).
* Encourage innovation, problem‑solving, and technical skills in the classroom.
* Contribute to a collaborative and well‑resourced department.
* Inspire students to explore and enjoy the world of design and technology.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Design & Technology in a UK secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and practical skills.
* Enthusiasm, creativity, and a student‑centred approach.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
