As part of the Valnet Publishing Group, GiveMeSport operates at a rapid pace and is looking for experienced and passionate Sports Betting Writers who can craft original, high-quality, and timely content that connects with our growing global audience.
Your Responsibilities
* Contribute a minimum of 4 betting-focused features per week, such as game previews, odds breakdowns, expert predictions, or betting trend analyses.
* Write clear, insightful, and engaging articles that appeal to both seasoned bettors and casual sports fans.
* Stay up to date on the latest sports events, betting lines, and market trends across major leagues (Premier League, NFL, NBA, UFC, etc.).
* Work under tight deadlines and submit tasks on time.
* Maintain a consistent freelance schedule and communicate effectively with editors.
* Incorporate editorial feedback efficiently and follow GiveMeSport’s style guide.

Experience and Skills
* Educational background in journalism, communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience writing about sports, betting, or related topics.
* Strong understanding of sports betting markets, terminology, and odds formats.
* Demonstrated ability to produce analytical and entertaining sports content.
* Familiarity with SEO best practices and audience engagement strategies.
* Experience with a custom CMS is an asset.
* A passion for sports and a keen interest in betting culture.
