Project Manager London - hybrid working We are currently working with a growing UK Building Surveying consultancy that is expanding its team following several recent project wins. They are looking to appoint a Project Manager (MRICS) to join their team and play a key role in delivering projects across a variety of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing consultant who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with clients from concept through to delivery. You will lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including data centres, utilities and energy Advising clients on programme, procurement strategy, and cost implications Coordinating design teams and managing project stakeholders Overseeing contract administration and project delivery Managing project budgets, risks, and reporting Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and new project opportunities The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified (or working towards) and have experience ofdelivering construction projects within a consultancy environment.
