About The Role

This is not just another Digital Marketing Manager job. At LDOT you will not be updating a tired email schedule or babysitting underperforming ad accounts. You will own the delivery and optimisation of LeadTap for clients, making sure the whole system performs from ads to landing pages to automation.

We want someone hungry. Someone ambitious. Someone who wants to step in, make their mark, and run the show. You will shape strategies, drive performance, and build client confidence while working with some of the best designers and strategists in the business.

What You Will Do

* Set up, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
* Drive ROI and report on performance with clarity (no vanity metrics).
* Collaborate with our designers and strategists to deliver campaigns that look as good as they perform.
* Build, launch, maintain, challenge and improve digital marketing systems that change people's lives
* Spot trends, test bold new ideas, and push digital boundaries.
* Build client confidence through clear, confident communication.
* Take full ownership of campaign success, both wins and lessons.

What You Bring

Strategic & Leadership Skills

* Campaign strategy. Take client goals, match them with audience insight, and build Google Ads campaigns that deliver results.
* Budget management, running £1k–£25k+ monthly spends.
* Client communication, presenting results and next steps with confidence.
* Team collaboration, working seamlessly with designers, developers and strategists.
* Trend spotting and innovation, bringing in AI tools, new ad formats and emerging platforms.

Core Technical Skills

* Google Ads master, from campaign creation to optimisation.
* Landing page launch skills: tracking setup, CTA wiring, and the technical nuts and bolts that make funnels work.
* CMS management (WordPress ideal, but any modern CMS works).
* Funnel design and optimisation, building journeys that actually convert.
* CRM setup and management (Go High Level ideal, but not essential).
* Marketing automation (e.g. setting up Zapier automations).
* Conversion rate optimisation across paid, landing pages, and email flows.
* Monthly maintenance of CMS, plug-ins and marketing stack.

Performance & Analytical Skills

* Critical thinking. Spot what's really holding a funnel back, dig into the data, and use sound marketing judgement to fix the problem, not just tweak the button colour.
* Data-led decision making, confident with GA4, GTM and attribution tracking.
* Advanced reporting, creating dashboards clients actually understand (e.g. Google Data Studio).
* Experimentation mindset, using AB/MVT testing to optimise.
