About the role:

We are looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, who is organised with good time management and a strong background in administration.

They will need to be forward thinking, beyond the given task along with having a flexible approach and not afraid to ask questions. Due to the nature of the role, we need someone who is confident in engaging with staff at all levels.

The successful candidate must have a good background of working with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

· Entry of plant and material GRN's onto COINS database

· Liaison with sites in order to obtain GRN's

· Resolve invoice queries from the finance department

· Maintain filing system for GRN's for duration of contract

· Work with the Procurement Team to facilitate accurate cost reports at valuation dates

· Challenge suppliers to reduce miscellaneous additional charges

· Assist in the resolution of invoice queries and provide any proof of costs which may be required by the Procurement Team

· Maintain commercial spreadsheets under supervision of commercial staff.

· Administrative duties including document control, assistance with Waste reports and collaboration and recording of Time Sheets.
