As our Senior Resourcing Partner, you'll build strong talent pipelines and deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects our brand at every touchpoint. You'll be embedded within the People team and partner with hiring managers and stakeholders based in (or commutable to) our Birmingham, Bristol, London or Manchester offices.

What you'll do
• Map the UK infrastructure, quantity surveying and building surveying candidate market, building talent pools aligned to current and future needs.
• Take full ownership of active vacancies, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify challenges and find solutions.
• Demonstrate creative ways of attracting and communicating with passive talent, using direct sourcing channels.
• Prioritising the quality of the candidate journey with Currie & Brown.
• Nurture relationships and guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
• Develop talent maps and build pipelines for priority roles.
• Represent Currie & Brown professionally and consistently in all interactions.
