We seek a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to transform how marketing and sales teams leverage technology. You will design solutions in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud to improve lead generation, opportunity creation, and data insights, supporting a high-performance ecosystem. You will also collaborate on integrating Quote-to-Cash processes for global efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Gather and document requirements with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and IT teams.
* Manage tools within the GTM tech stack from conception to implementation.
* Analyze user needs, customize solutions, and create workflows, automations, and custom fields.
* Design and optimize contact and lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing.
* Enhance existing workflows for efficiency and user experience.
* Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions following best practices.
* Lead integration of Lead-to-Opportunity with Quote-to-Cash processes.
* Partner with marketing to design and optimize campaigns, using A/B testing and data analysis.
* Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud for lead management.
* Implement AI-driven lead scoring models.
* Collaborate on marketing automation integrations (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
* Align business objectives across teams and develop dashboards for tracking ROI, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
* Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects.
Qualifications:
* Experience on the Salesforce platform.
* At least 5+ years in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or related tools.
* Deep knowledge of marketing and sales processes, including campaign and pipeline management.
* Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (Flows, validation rules, etc.).
* Familiarity with Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Data-driven decision-making approach.
* Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
