Job Description
The Regional Building Services Manager will:
3. Provide leadership, stakeholder management and strategic oversight of building services UK-wide across 23 sites.
4. Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs across the organisation's properties.
5. Take a hands-on, field-based approach by proactively visiting the property portfolio.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for M&E projects and technical services.
8. Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure quality standards are met.
9. Take the lead with sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and smart buildings.
10. Monitor budgets and manage resources to achieve operational efficiency.
*Please note candidates do not have to be Warwickshire based.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Building Services Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in leading technical services initiatives (PPM and reactive).
12. Demonstrable skills and experience in liaising with and managing stakeholders effectively.
13. A strong, qualified M&E background within hard services and building fabric.
14. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
15. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to manage budgets and optimise resource allocation effectively.
17. Experience in managing contractors and service providers within real estate and property environments.
18. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
19. Relevant qualifications in M&E engineering (or equivalent experience).
