Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a self employed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support various projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Day rate to increase after satisfactory trial period is completed
Duties
* Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organised working environment.
* Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
* Maintain equipment and tools in good condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
