Position Type: Part time, 22.5 hours per week (9:30-2:30)

Salary: £24,242 per annum (pro rata)

Role Overview
We are recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Enterprise Coach to lead on our social enterprise activities.
This is a hands-on role, combining coaching, quality assurance, stock management, and customer fulfilment. Youll model inclusive working practices support service users in building skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching & Session Delivery
Deliver coaching to service users across all enterprise activities, including production and fulfilment.
Encourage active participation and skill development in each activity.
2. Stock & Product Management
Maintain and monitor product stock levels.
Uphold quality control systems and product standards.
3. Service User Journey
Collaborate on co-production and person-centred planning.
Facilitate 1:1 and small group learning and development.
Ensure safe practice, signage, and structured delivery.
4. Collaboration
Share best practices with the other Enterprise Coachs to enhance delivery and effectiveness.
Build positive relationships with stakeholders, teams, and the community.
Person Specification
Experience & Qualifications Essential: Experience in a production based business or similar.
Strong computer literacy and digital skills.
Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism (We will consider applicants without experience of working with autistic adults or people with learning disabilities. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their desire to learn, attend training and provide details about their motivation)
Qualifications in coaching, adult care, or autism support.
Experience in stock control and quality systems.
Skills & Competencies
Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Organised, adaptable, and collaborative.
Proficient in planning and data handling across multiple sites
