We are ideally looking for candidates with customer service experience, who have an excellent telephone manner.
This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This role is fully office-based. This role is paying up to £28,000 depending on candidate experience.
Duties include:
1. Manage inbound calls.
2. Confirming prices, stock availability and deliveries.
3. Process incoming orders.
4. Raise quotations when requested.
5. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and the external sales team through open and interactive communication.
7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
