We are seeking a dedicated Fleet & Compliance Supervisor to join our Transport Team in our Aylesbury Distribution Hub. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of our compliance framework, safeguarding our operations while driving best practices across our HGV fleet.

As Fleet & Compliance Supervisor, you will champion our compliance culture by overseeing policies and frameworks aligned with evolving legislation and industry standards. You will proactively manage compliance risks, ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, and foster a culture of safety and continuous development among drivers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and policies.
* Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
* Manage vehicle inspections, maintenance planning, and defect management to ensure fleet safety and legal compliance.
* Oversee fleet documentation, reporting, and operational continuity.
* Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, and other teams to embed compliance into business practices.
* Analyse maintenance trends and manage costs to enhance safety, efficiency, and profitability.
* Drive continuous professional development and training for drivers and supply chain colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
* National & International CPC qualification.
* Strong knowledge of FORS, ‘O’ Licence, and HGV compliance standards.
* Proven experience in risk and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze regulatory impacts.
* Analytical and critical problem-solving abilities.
* Experience managing driver performance and overseeing multiple sites.
