What You’ll Do
* Coach & Support People to Move Forward
* Deliver 1-1 coaching with clarity, empathy and energy
* Build confidence, motivation and direction
* Support with CVs, applications, interviews and job readiness
* Help people stay committed when things get tough
Use Sales Behaviours to Create Opportunities
* Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local employers
* Pitch your participants professionally
* Understand employer needs and match the right people to the right roles
* Convert leads into job starts and sustainable outcomes
Run a Busy Caseload With Pride
* Manage a large and varied caseload every day
* Stay organised, structured and consistent
* Use da ta, activity and KPIs to drive performance
Deliver High Quality Work
* Keep accurate case notes and follow compliance
* Work to safeguarding, programme and funding requirements
* Show care and professionalism with public funds
This is an office-based, people-facing role, working daily with participants and local employers.
