Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant - Creative Talent Agency
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £30,000-40,000k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join a fast-paced and dynamic fashion talent management agency representing some of the most recognised names in fashion, beauty and entertainment.
You'll work closely with the management team looking after day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a creative, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process daily invoices and maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Salesforce
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
3. Reconcile bank statements and client (talent) accounts
4. Support with monthly management accounts, posting journals and maintaining ledgers
5. Assist with VAT returns, cashflow tracking and audit preparation
6. Liaise with suppliers, models, and internal teams across the business
About You
7. Previous experience in a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant role
8. Confident using Xero and Excel
9. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
10. Personable and professional, with the ability to work independently
11. Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in a creative or talent agency environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
