Responsibilities
* Provide a smooth running clerical and administrative service to the Trust, including booking appointments, answering telephone calls and greeting patients at Reception desks.
* Ensure all data entries are made in a timely manner, contributing to the achievement of the Trust’s targets, whether mandatory or local.
* Assist and support the team to deliver a high‑quality service, using good clerical, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Perform receptionist, call‑centre or appointments clerk duties as required, with input into the role that best suits you.
* Learn all functions and team skills, with full training provided (no experience in a hospital setting required).
Qualifications
* Recent experience in an office environment in a clerical/admin capacity.
* Customer‑service experience.
* Good communication skills with an empathetic approach.

Applications are welcome for both full‑time and part‑time hours, with a minimum of 27 hours per week over three days.
