About Airplay: Airplay is the RAF Benevolent Fund’s (RAFBF) flagship youth support programme. Delivered in partnership with YMCA across 23 RAF Stations in the UK, Airplay provides a wide range of activities, groups, and opportunities for children and young people aged 5 to 18.
We are currently recruiting a Sessional Youth Worker to join our Airplay team at RAF Brize Norton.
As part of our dedicated team of youth workers, you will:
• Deliver engaging youth and play work sessions during term time on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings
• Support the development and delivery of holiday programmes, working alongside the Airplay team, young people, and the local RAF Community Support team
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where children and young people can thrive
Please note: session times during school holidays may differ from term-time hours.

As some roles involve working with vulnerable people, a Basic or Enhanced DBS check may be required following a conditional job offer.
