Theestateishometomorethanthreeacresofpublicgreenspace,120tenantsincludingmorethan20charitiesandnon-profitorganisations,twosportsandfitnessfacilities,48lightindustrialunits,34offices,32shops,communitystablesandaskatepark. Thisentailstheoverallmanagementandorganisationofthestaffteamandtheirduties,includingensuringgoodconnectivitywiththeoverallorganisation.Engagementwithstatutoryregulators,commissioners,andpartnersandensuringgoodliaisonupwardswithintheorganisationalstructure.Gatheringandsharingexamplesofgoodpractice;seekingnewopportunities,contributingtoexpansionplans,andtimelyandaccuratemonitoringandreporting.
