Data & AI Value Strategist – Managing Consultant / Senior Manager

Responsibilities
* Lead client engagements that quantify impact, secure executive buy‑in, and ensure tangible benefits from data and AI strategies.
* Define Value Frameworks – develop robust value frameworks and benefit models to quantify ROI of data and AI initiatives.
* Build Business Cases – create compelling cases that underpin transformation programmes, secure funding, and drive organisational commitment.
* Engage Executives – partner with C‑suite stakeholders to shape vision and influence decision‑making.
* Translate Strategy into Execution – design strategic roadmaps turning vision into clear, actionable plans.
* Track and Measure Realised Value – implement tracking tools, define KPIs, and advise on continuous improvement.
* Develop Talent – coach and mentor consultants to grow as subject‑matter experts in value realisation.
* Collaborate – build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners.
* Establish and Scale Capability – define operating model, grow the team, and develop go‑to‑market propositions.

o Transformation Leadership – lead change programmes at scale.
o AI Thought Leadership – develop market‑leading offerings and influence industry direction.
o Security Clearance – SC Cleared / Eligible.
* Desirable Experience
o Cross‑Industry Experience – public sector, manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, consumer products, financial services.
o Technical Knowledge – understanding of cloud / hyperscaler platforms and services.
o Agile Delivery Leadership – apply Agile methodologies to complex AI solutions.
o Business Development – generate ~£1m consulting revenues.
