Overview
Are you passionate about supporting young people on their college journey? This exciting role will include delivering 1:1 sessions, groups and supporting in class as part of the college Therapy Team and Additional Learning Support department, working with occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure students\' needs are met.
Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 sessions, groups and in-class support as part of the college Therapy Team and Additional Learning Support department.
Requirements
* Motivated to learn.
* Collaborative and able to work as part of a team.
* Experience of working collaboratively in a holistic way to develop students’ communication and independence skills to help them reach their potential.

College location: Based at our Lewes campus.
Actual starting salary: circa £19,860 FTE, subject to qualifications, skills and experience.
Hours: full time, 37 hours per week, term time only, 36 weeks per year.
