Role responsibilities will include: Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help. Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities. Supervising students during break times and off-site activities. Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and maintaining records. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment. To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements: Experience: Previous experience working with secondary school students is highly desirable. Flexibility: The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and work with diverse student needs is essential. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents. Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is crucial in this role.
