About the Role:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to help end users with day-to-day IT issues and keep systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Install, set up, and support desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 problems.
* Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
* Fix basic network, WiFi, and connectivity issues.
* Support video calls, phones, and meeting room equipment.
* Log issues in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
Requirements:
* Some experience in IT support or similar role.
* Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
* Basic networking skills are a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
