A rapidly expanding hedge fund is looking to make a Head of Risk hire. The firm’s investment team has grown substantially in a short space of time and are about to go through even further growth - targeting $2-3bn AUM in the next 12-24 months. They are looking to hire a Head of Risk to set-up and build out their risk and control frameworks. You will be the go to person for risk for the business, interacting with market-leading PMs on a daily basis. There will be the opportunity to build out a risk team, as the firm continues to grow. Strong quantitative skills are desirable, however the focus will be on building the risk controls framework, rather than building a risk engine. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Risk Manager or current Head of Risk to join a truly exciting firm which has exceptional growth plans. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading names in the industry, as part of a lean, close-knit organisation.
