Job Summary
The postholder is an integral part of the Pharmacy Administrative Service. They will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pharmacy Directorate, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained at all times. The role supports Pharmacy Governance and Trust meetings by producing agendas, taking minutes, drafting reports, correspondence and other documents as required. They will also perform word processing, data entry and data collection tasks, and offer general clerical support for the administration team.

Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial support for general Pharmacy and Trust meetings, including producing agendas, taking minutes, drafting reports, correspondence and other documents as required.
* Perform word processing, data entry and data collection tasks as required.
* Support the Pharmacy Administration team with clerical duties and provide cross-cover for the Administrative Support team during absences.
* Demonstrate initiative and ability to organise one's own workload, often without immediate advice within clear procedural guidelines.
