Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Front Desk Duties
· Deliver a consistently warm and professional welcome, creating an exceptional first impression for all guests.
· Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, efficiency, and a friendly manner in line with five-star service expectations.
· Respond to guest queries and requests with care and discretion, ensuring each guest feels valued and respected.
· Build rapport with guests, remembering preferences and taking pride in creating memorable stays.
· Represent the hotel with polish and professionalism at all times, both in person and over the phone.
Reservations & Guest Communications
· Manage room bookings, amendments, and cancellations with precision, ensuring accurate records at all times.
· Liaise with housekeeping, events, and food & beverage teams to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service.
· Proactively provide knowledgeable information about the hotel and local area, offering thoughtful recommendations when needed.
· Maintain guest confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion and data protection.
Person Specification
· A natural communicator, with a warm, courteous manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
· High attention to detail, with pride in your presentation and work standards.
· Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team with flexibility and professionalism.
· Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritise with confidence
