Job Description
As an Inventory Team Manager, you will motivate and develop a team of inventory investigators to ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will be responsible for reporting on safety, compliance, team performance, and engagement, as well as collaborating with warehouse teams to reduce stock write-offs, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you bring:
* Experience in warehousing and team performance management
* Ability to utilize reporting, data insights, and team input to improve processes
* Knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock reporting policies
* Ability to manage change and influence cross-departmental collaboration
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
