Job Title: User Support Admin Assistant
Location: Plymouth
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Hourly Rate: £15 per hour via PAYE
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to handle operational and administrative tasks. The main focus will be monitoring Jira regularly to manage support tickets efficiently, prioritizing issues, addressing queries, and routing tickets appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls and update staff records, including contact details, system access, and onboarding/offboarding lists.
* Archive authorizations, close timesheets, and un-schedule jobs as needed.
* Support the R&T team by reactivating activities, updating target dates, and managing approvals for regulatory activities.
* Handle WI status updates, assist with timesheet support for new starters, and provide general administrative support.
* Manage tickets related to estimating and charging, liaising with the Connections Strategy team and other internal teams.
* Coordinate approval limits with e5 support and resolve fieldwork-related errors.
This role requires an initial month of in-office onboarding and training, followed by a hybrid working arrangement. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, are essential.
