Schools across East Sussex are currently seeking educators who are interested in supporting pupils with additional needs within structured classroom environments.
SEND and SEMH settings often work with pupils who benefit from clear routines, consistent guidance and supportive relationships with staff. Schools are looking for individuals who can provide patience, reliability and positive encouragement in the classroom.
We are currently recruiting both teachers and classroom support staff interested in SEND and SEMH opportunities across the county.

Who These Roles May Suit

* Enjoy supporting pupils to build confidence and engage with learning
Experience within SEND or SEMH is helpful but not essential. Schools value individuals who are committed to supporting pupils and willing to develop their skills.

* A child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently have one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
