Full-time, permanentAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs?Cambridge Regional College is looking for a dedicated Job Coach to join their team this August.About the Role: As a Job Coach, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities as they gain meaningful supported work placements and transition into paid employment. This is a rewarding, hands-on role with real impact, working across classroom and practical settings to build learners’ confidence, independence, and employability skills.Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and support learners in workplace settings
* Build and maintain positive relationships with employers
* Promote inclusive work environments
* Liaise with external agencies and support networks
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with young people with additional needs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (local travel required)
* (Desirable) TSI (Training in Systematic Instruction) accreditation
