This Paediatric Clinical Lead opportunity offers the chance to join a growing nurse-led complex care provider delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. The role would suit a Senior Paediatric Nurse, Community Children’s Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking to progress into a senior community-based leadership position while maintaining a strong clinical focus. As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee community complex care packages, support clinical governance, complete assessments and ensure safe delivery of care within the home environment. You will work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams while supporting the mobilisation of new packages across the region. Package & Benefits £45,000 to £48,000 per annum.
