Now, they're looking for a Project Architect with Healthcare sector experience to join their Peterborough studio and help design the future of healthcare!
What's the Project Architect role all about?
You'll be at the heart of projects that make a real difference to people's lives. From concept sketches to construction site visits, you'll guide healthcare schemes through every RIBA stage. Expect variety: one day you might be reimagining a critical care unit, the next you could be shaping a modular clinic or contributing to a community hub.
This isn't just about ticking boxes. It's about creating environments that genuinely improve patient experience, support clinical teams, and stand the test of time.
What you'll be doing:
Leading Healthcare projects from feasibility through to delivery.
Working hand-in-hand with Healthcare Planners, Engineers and Clinical Stakeholders to make sure designs are safe, efficient and inspiring.
Producing and coordinating architectural documentation that meets HTM/HBN standards and regulatory requirements.
Managing project teams, mentoring assistants and technicians as well as keeping everything on track.
Presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Visiting sites to ensure design intent is realised in the built environment.
Contributing to bids and proposals, helping win exciting new work.
Keeping up with the latest innovations in healthcare design and technology.
What we're looking for in a Project Architect:
ARB/RIBA registered Architect with a strong portfolio of healthcare projects.
Skilled in Revit/BIM, with knowledge of healthcare design standards (HTM/HBN).
Experience with ADB software is a plus.
Ability to turn complex clinical requirements into practical, patient-focused spaces.
Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
Detail-driven, compliance-conscious, and strong on coordination.
Experience in critical care design would be an advantage.
