We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom and during structured activities. Assist in developing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies. Promote positive relationships and emotional wellbeing among students. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure consistent support. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of student progress. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with SEMH students is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to challenges. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
