We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of older people, with experience of care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which involves creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user is offered opportunities, experiences, and support within their care plan. The role also involves promoting access to local community opportunities and enabling service users to live meaningful lives.
We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people. Our care services include care homes, respite, STAR unit, and day services.

The Person
* Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care standards.
* Work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to support effective planning and delivery of care.
* Work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team.
* Work towards the required qualification SVQ 3, as mandated by the Scottish Social Services Council. Once achieved, it is the individual's responsibility to inform the Scottish Social Services Council.
* Be able to work flexibly and creatively within a team.
Additional Requirements
* Obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland before confirming appointment.
* Apply for SSSC registration within three months of starting the role, with registration completed within six months.
