Your new role
As a Casework Manager, you will lead the charge in managing, supporting and inspiring a handful of Case Officers and Lead Case Officers, ensuring that fitness to practice concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved efficiently, in alignment with the body's high standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Where necessary, you will manage critical and/or complex investigations. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous evolution of the body's practices, maintaining our reputation as a beacon of professional regulation.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:
* A solid track record of managing cases effectively, with substantial experience in an investigative role.
* In-depth understanding of investigative methods, rules of evidence, and the healthcare regulatory framework.
* The ability to comprehend and interpret complex legislation and effectively communicate this knowledge to others.
* Demonstrated ability at managing and motivating legal professionals.
