Job Description:
Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Project & Procurement Manager for a Facilities role within a global energy organization. This is a newly created position offering £55k - £60k + package, based in the West Midlands with a hybrid working model.
The organization is experiencing growth and is expanding its property & procurement teams. The successful candidate will lead on capital expenditure and facilities projects across the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with suppliers and procurement stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget across facilities, construction, and property.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, including costing, reporting, and resource allocation.
3. Maintain strong communication and relationships with cross-functional stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, contract consultants, and suppliers.
4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
Key Skills Sought:
* Experience with CDM regulations is required.
* Background in project management within large matrix organizations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of contract regulation and risk management related to property and capital expenditure projects.
