Role: Sales & Marketing Director - Enterprise
Location: Bracknell (SCC operates hybrid working, combining office and home working)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive base salary, Company Car/Allowance, OTE, plus extensive benefits including a flexible scheme and 2 paid volunteering days annually
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Role Purpose:
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for defining and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to SCC's growth.
The role involves leading strategic initiatives for successful campaigns targeting prospective customers, both from within SCC's managed or transacting base and new logo targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
* Manage sales specialists daily to ensure targets are met through managed accounts.
* Oversee BDEs, SDRs, and marketing resources to drive sales through transacting and new logo acquisition.
* Manage vendor alliances with Tier 1 strategic partners to meet accreditation and co-sell targets.
* Recruit and develop team members, ensuring personal development plans are in place.
* Lead sales excellence and develop team skills for success.
* Report regularly on sales and marketing performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
* Build relationships within SCC and with key clients and prospects, including c-suite executives.
* Conduct performance reviews, talent mapping, and succession planning, executing improvement plans as needed.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven success with Tier 1 vendors like Dell, HPe, IBM, Cisco, NetApp, Pure, Lenovo, including senior relationships.
* Experience managing onsite, virtual, and remote teams.
* Track record of reselling Tier 1 vendors as solutions.
* Experience in campaign and content marketing for growth.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build relationships at board level.
* Strategic, results-oriented, with a focus on revenue growth.
* Proficient in sales metrics, forecasting, and data analysis.
* Creative marketing and sales approaches.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Successful background in IT services industry sales leadership, managing Managed and New Business teams.
