Job Description
We are looking for a Data Integration Analyst to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights.
In this role, you will own the data lifecycle—from sourcing and normalization to building high-impact dashboard visualizations.
You will work within an interdisciplinary team to operationalize data supply chains and ensure our stakeholders have the dependable, high-quality information they need to make strategic decisions.
Job Scope
* Data Lifecycle & Insight Generation Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of your scope of service, ensuring data solutions are high-quality, cost-effective, and delivered on time. Discovery: Dive into complex company data sets to identify key features and sources that drive core business objectives. Transformation: Extract, normalize, and transform data to prepare it for advanced analytics and modeling. Visualization: Build and maintain compelling, user-friendly dashboards using commercial or open-source BI tools.
* Technical Collaboration & Strategy Engineering Alignment: Partner with Data Engineering teams to rationalize the data warehouse and optimize the path from source to analysis. Project Leadership: Work with PMs and Technical Leads to refine problem statements, provide status updates, and propose innovative analytics solutions. Process Discipline: Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure all workflows adhere to security, service control, and operational standards.
* Continuous Improvement Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to design and strategy, working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to act as a SME within the team.
Minimum Requirements
* Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization.
* SQL Mastery: Proficiency in writing complex queries and maintaining data pipelines.
* Programming: Ability to script in Python or R to automate and operationalize data workflows.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail.
Good To Have
* Nice-to-Have (The Plus Factors): Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Cloudera, or similar cloud services.
* Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or Machine Learning.
* Certifications: Official certification in platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft (Power BI), or Informatica.
