The successful candidate should have previous experience within a client/customer facing environment such as banking, financial services, retail management or administrative services.
You should be able to demonstrate a desire to become an Insurance Professional and a willingness to participate in Professional Development studies (i.e Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) qualifications)
Youl will also be asked to show that you have demonstrated enthusiasm and pride in maintaining a high standard of work in your previous employment.
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Proven experience in delivering the highest standards of customer service
* Experience in liaising with third parties and customers
* The ability to pick up new skills quickly
* A passion for or ongoing professional development
* Proven experience of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
* A confident and positive outlook on life and work
* Superb computer skills
