Duties include but not limited to
Lead and supervise a project team in the maintenance division
Coordinate design with consultants and subcontractors
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Ensure safe, timely execution aligned with project milestones
Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Liaise with clients on KPIs, valuations, final accounts, and contract administration
Prepare project programmes and delivery strategies
Authorise contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
Represent the company with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Plan and allocate resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors
