About the Role
Join Harwoods Group, a top 30 UK automotive dealer, as a MET/Panel Technician. You'll lead and carry out MET repairs to manufacturer standards, support the team, and ensure top-quality, right-first-time results.

What You’ll Do

1. Strip & refit vehicles per job cards
2. Carry out diagnostics & component replacements
3. Ensure correct parts & repair methods used
4. Sign off QC checks & final inspections
5. Support & mentor team members
6. Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop.

Ø To ensure the highest standard of repairs are carried out to the manufacturers specification, specifically relating to panel replacement and repair.

Ø To ensure all work is completed to the customers satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations.


What We’re Looking For

7. 2+ years’ MET/bodyshop experience
8. NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
9. Strong mechanical & electrical skills
10. Eye for detail and high-quality standards
11. Confident, team-focused, proactive attitude
