Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to support one of our largest clients and act as a central coordination point across several departments. This is a newly created role with plenty of opportunity to make it your own and grow within the firm.

The Role:
6. Be the first point of contact for internal teams supporting the client
7. Manage a senior leader’s diary and support day-to-day coordination
8. Organise and allocate client training, ensuring attendance and smooth delivery
9. Support cross-department communication and general administration
10. Assist with legal documentation and occasional project work
About you
11. Proactive, organised, and able to use your initiative
12. Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
13. Confident communicating
14. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
15. Self-starter who enjoys a varied and busy role
