People and Culture Partner, Chester, Hybrid, £34,000 to £45,000, Permanent
Our client is a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation that is going through an exciting period of development and growth. As they continue to strengthen their internal capabilities and support their people, they are looking to appoint a People and Culture Partner to help embed best practice, support leaders, and enhance the employee experience across the organisation.
Reporting into the Senior People and Culture Partner, this role will work closely with managers and senior leaders to provide expert guidance on a broad range of people matters. You will play a vital role in supporting departmental plans, coaching and mentoring managers, driving forward key people initiatives, and ensuring that policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives. The role will also be instrumental in improving people processes, promoting the organisation’s values, and ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaging working environment.
You will be a proactive and trusted HR professional with strong generalist experience across areas such as employee relations, organisational design, recruitment, reward, and workforce data analysis. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to provide advice at all levels and to challenge constructively when needed. Experience in designing and implementing people policies, supporting cultural change, and collaborating across multiple teams is essential. A CIPD qualification (or working towards Level 7) is also desired.
