Role: Marketing Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits
Location: Cheshire HQ - Hybrid Model (2-3 days p/w on site)
We are seeking a
Marketing Analytics & Commercial Data Analyst
to deliver powerful insights and reporting across our clients Marketing and Commercial functions. In this role, you will own the entire data lifecycle, from building and maintaining data models to creating dashboards and analysing experiments.
Experience Required:
* You are highly proficient in
SQL
and have knowledge of a programming language like
Python
for data manipulation and analysis.
* Experience working with marketing data, Martech and tracking / tagging platforms is important.
* You're an inquisitive problem-solver who can go beyond surface-level reporting to uncover root causes and identify commercial opportunities.
* Experience creating clear and effective dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
* A proactive and collaborative attitude, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams.
* Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably within a digital or marketing context.
* Knowledge of App data and performance is important
* Experience within a regulated environment is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting infrastructure to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
* Provide regular reporting and deep-dive analysis on the performance of our Marketing campaigns, Pricing/Underwriting strategies, and Connect channel operations.
* Design and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives and features.
* Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Commercial to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
* Present complex data in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
* Continuously improve your technical skills in data tooling and analytical methodologies.
