OFFICE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR BUSY ESSEX CAR DEALERSHIP
Due to expansion plans Target Car Supermarket, the leading specialist car finance dealership, requires an Office Manager to run the flagship Lakeside branch.
Reporting directly to the company owner you will be tasked with organising and maintaining the smooth running of the office.
The role would suit someone with some experience of managing an office based environment, relevant experience in the motor trade would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
Requirements:
Organisational skills - ability to adopt systems and processes.
Strong communication skills when speaking to internal staff and outside contractors - ability to manage and maximise these relationships.
Capacity to work independently, problem solve and analyse issues as they arise.
Full clean UK driving license
Salary to be negotiated depending on experience, performance based bonuses as part of the package.
Tasks to be undertaken:
Oversee the Preparation of all vehicles:
PREP - KEYS/PRICING/DEAL PACKS/ONLINE SYSTEM (CARDS) TRACK VEHICLE FROM PURCHASE TO STOCK READY/MANAGE TURNAROUND TIMES AGAINST AGREED TARGETS/SOURCING PARTS EBAY/BREAKERS WHEN NECESSARY
