Key Responsibilities – Nursery Chef
* Prepare healthy, nutritious meals in line with EYFS and individual dietary needs.
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance.
* Manage kitchen staff and support inspections by regulatory bodies.
* Maintain stock levels and handle cost-effective ordering and inventory.
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
* Experience in catering, kitchen operations, or food preparation.
* Caring and empathetic, understanding every child’s unique needs.
* Passionate about child nutrition and healthy cooking. Experience as a Chef, Assistant Chef, Cook, or café manager is desirable.
