* Store Environment: maintains Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; stays current on merchandising updates
Merchandising & Display
* Executes stock-to-sales processes and presentation standards
* Is knowledgeable of trend and supports brand messaging
* Has an understanding of how the merchant process impacts business and the customer experience.
* Previous experience in a retail environment - not a must.
Qualifications
* An awareness of the Anthropologie brand and its appeal to the local market.
* Strong communication skills.
