In this role, you'll carry out assessments of pig farms, ensuring they meet high welfare standards. You'll have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of farmers, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve best practices.

The role:
* Travel - Extensive travel within your Yorkshire and Lancashire to visit farms.
* Assessments/audits - Conduct thorough farm assessments in adherence to the assurance scheme.
* Feedback - Provide verbal assessment feedback and create a written report.
* Unannounced monitoring visits - conduct unannounced monitoring visits and review corrective actions for compliance.
* Admin - Schedule assessments, write reports and maintain records
About you:
* 2 or more years of experience working on a commercial livestock farm
* Pig farming experience
* UK driving licence
* Willing to travel extensively
* Commitment to high welfare standards
