* Collaborate with operations, planning, and commercial teams to drive integrated solutions.
* Embody and promote the company’s core values.
* Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:

* Strong people leader with experience developing high‑performing teams.
* Commercially astute with P&L responsibility experience.
* National CPC holder with sound knowledge of transport legislation.
* Skilled in using Transport Management Systems and other operational tools.
* Excellent communicator, proactive, and hands‑on.
* Experience driving continuous improvement and operational innovation.
* IOSH/NEBOSH or Safe Systems of Work training desirable.
If you’re a proactive, results‑driven transport leader who thrives on creating safe, compliant, and efficient operations while developing people and processes — we’d love to hear from you.
